Kok Bisa Ya, Belum Lama Dibangun dengan Anggaran Rp 2,1 M Jembatan Serut Gunung Kidul Sudah Retak

LorongNews | Gunung Kidul – Jembatan penghubung antar kecamatan di Dukuh Rejosari Desa Serut, Kapanewon Gedangsari, Kabupaten Gunung Kidul, DIY kembali menjadi sorotan. Setelah sempat pengerjaannya dinilai lamban, kali ini jembatan yang dibangun Rp 2,1 miliar itu diketahui retak-retak.

Buruknya konstruksi, perencanaan awal dan kualitas pekerjaan dinilai menjadi pemicu kerusakan jembatan yang baru selesai dibangun tahun 2021 itu. Kerusakan itu mencuat Senin (7/2/2022).

Sejumlah warga dan tokoh masyarakat setempat melaporkan kondisi jembatan yang sudah diwarnai retakan di bahu jembatan serta pinggir jembatan. Mereka merasa kawatir saat melintasi jembatan dengan mobil bermuatan.

“Sudah beberapa hari muncul retakan. Yang parah lagi, bagian penopang di sisi jembatan juga ada rekahan. Sangat membahayakan Mas,” ujar Sugeng (37) salah satu warga Serut, yang sering melintasi jembatan itu kepada wartawan Selasa (8/2/2022).

Menurutnya, retakan dan rekahan jembatan itu muncul bersamaan dengan hujan deras yang mengguyur beberapa waktu terakhir. Ia juga menyayangkan kualitas pengerjaan yang terkesan asal-asalan sehingga belum lama difungsikan, sudah rusak.

Senada, anggota Wadah Generasi Anak Bangsa (WGAB) Kantor Wilayah Jateng dan DIY, Setyadi juga menyampaikan temuannya soal kondisi jembatan yang dikerjakan oleh CV Tirta Mulia tersebut. Dari hasil pengecekan di lokasi, menurutnya kondisi jembatan memang sudah retak dan membahayakan.

Aktivis korupsi yang kebetulan melintas, itu juga menyesalkan kondisi tersebut. Selain baru saja difungsikan, kondisi retakan jembatan itu dinilai sangat mengganggu serta membahayakan pengendara.

“Sangat disayangkan. Kalau kami cermati, justru kekuatan di jembatan baru ini malah nggak sekuat jembatan lama. Buktinya baru selesai, sudah retak dan cenderung merata ke bagian lain ,” paparnya, di sela pengecekan ke lokasi, Selasa (8/2/2022).

Ia menengarai rusaknya jembatan yang baru seumur jagung itu menunjukkan banyak hal yang tak beres. Pihaknya menilai kesalahan sudah terjadi sejak awal mulai dari perencanaan, penentuan rekanan hingga pelaksanaan.

Padahal pembangunannya menelan anggaran yang tak sedikit. Menurutnya hal itu juga kian memperkuat indikasi ketidakmampuan DPU PR setempat dalam membuat spesifikasi lelang, perencanaan konstruksi hingga pengawasan pengerjaan.

“Percuma saja sejak awal DPU PR kan selalu gembar gembor persyaratan lelang diperketat sampai-sampai banyak rekanan yang nggak bisa ikut. Katanya demi rekanan yang berkualitas. Tapi apa, faktanya kan banyak proyek sudah rusak padahal baru selesai dibangun,” tandasnya kesal.

Ia juga menyoroti kinerja tim pengawas dari DPU PR yang diterjunkan ke lapangan. Menurutnya buruknya kualitas pekerjaan juga salah satunya andil dari pengawas yang kurang cermat dan tak tegas.

“Lembaga kami akan melaporkan ke Kejati atas dugaan kontraktor bermufakat jahat dengan oknum Dinas PUPR dan Pengawas pekerjaan dilapangan untuk mengurangi volume bahan material yang berdampak pada kualitas pekerjaan infrastruktur menjadi rendah dan buruk,” pungkasnya.
